![]() ![]() The game's current selection of 6 drops isn't spectacular to be honest, so building a pure 6 drop deck doesn't look appealing and even running the old 7 drop deck you aren't going to get nearly as much value out of it besides maybe a cheap Styxi or Outhouse (can you get buildings from it?). Gaining 2-3 bonus mana of value every time you cycle through your deck could still make for some good tempo gain in a mid ranged deck so I haven't given up hope. I also tried it in a triple Toll of the Dead Accursed Ascension deck since it's easy to justify only having 5+ cost minions in that, but it felt pretty slow even with the occasional tempo boost. It works OK but not great in a King Puff pure 5-cost deck since whatever it summons does not get the Puff Buff. ![]() I've been trying to find other uses for it for a while besides the 7 Drop Deck. Looks like BetaDwarf beat me to the punch. I had a whole post planned out about the balance of trading card games, and how when you have a control deck that can beat an aggro deck 80% of the time it's usually the sign of an unhealthy meta.
